Pharmasys supports you in your development by providing you with training services. 

You will have access to an e-learning platform containing all sorts of methodological, technical and personal development topics. 

When you arrive at Pharmasys, you will be trained in the GAMP5 methodology. 

A technical department accompanies you on all your technical or methodological problems. 

Our in-house English teacher is also available to provide you with individual and group training.

Team cohesion is important to us.
We organize for you: an annual weekend with all employees, Infogene Group evenings, regional events (TeamBuilding, Sports Challenges, Agency Events...)

Groupe de personnes discutant debout lors d’un événement convivial en soirée, dans un espace intérieur chaleureux. Des bouteilles, verres et bougies sont disposés sur une grande table au premier plan, créant une ambiance festive et détendue.

Deux équipes mixtes de trois personnes s’affrontent lors d’un tir à la corde en plein air, dans un parc verdoyant. Les participants sont concentrés et engagés, illustrant l’esprit de compétition et la cohésion d’équipe.

Groupe de femmes réunies autour d’une grande table dans un espace cosy, en train de créer des compositions florales ou des décorations végétales avec des feuillages et des outils de bricolage. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et collaborative.

Groupe de jeunes adultes en casque de sécurité posant leurs mains au centre en signe d’unité avant une activité de plein air. Tous sourient, vêtus de tenues imperméables, dans un environnement forestier verdoyant. L’un d’eux porte une caméra d’action fixée sur son casque.
